“Prime-Time Turkey!” : Robust Turkey ecommerce research unveiled.

As eCommerce continues to evolve in Turkey, Podean has conducted definitive and pioneering consumer research that uncovered valuable insights into consumer behaviour in the country.  Regular shopping was reported at trendyol.com and hepsiburada from 87% and 71% of respondents respectively, however, there are encouraging early signs for Amazon.com.tr, showing strong growth as the third most frequented place for online shopping (47%), with half of those respondents indicating their spend will increase on the site over the coming year.

Managing Director for Podean MENAT, Adam Woolcock commented “We see the huge potential for eCommerce in Turkey and have a team on the ground ready to help brands maximise their presence by doing things properly from the outset.  Success on marketplaces is not just about advertising, it’s the retail operations, content and analytics that are needed to drive growth. We believe that Podean is uniquely placed to help businesses in Turkey across every facet of their marketplace engagements.”.
